Diploma Business ManagementBusiness management refers to the practice of managing the operations of a company. It involves coordinating and organizing general or specific business activities to help an organization succeed. To do this, business managers often apply strategic and financial planning for production and resource management to benefit the business. The graduate at this level may work as an operations research analyst who utilize critical thinking skills to help organizations operate efficiently and effectively.

They take raw data and transform it into actionable insights using data mining, statistical analysis, and mathematical modeling. As a financial manager one is responsible for the overall financial health of an organization.

You help your organization achieve its short and long-term financial goal. Others work as management analysts, sometimes called management consultants.

Admission Requirements

KCSE Mean Grade C-(Minus) or its equivalent. Or Competent at Level 5 in a related area.
